Thematic Expert Finance Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or equivalent with at least 03 years of relevant professional work experience in field of public finance management in Governments semi government agency banking institutions reputed financial firms reputed non government organization Pvt Organization Proficiency in Tally Based accounting 1 Providing desired support in development of financial management system 2 Annual financial plan audit support bookkeeping and preparation of financial manually guidelines 3 Finalize chart of accounts for preparation of memorandum project accounts at all level 4 Prepare detailed annual budget and procurement plans 5 Ensecure timely payment of salary of staff all approved bills and schedule payment to supplier goods and service providers 6 Ensure preparation and submission of quarterly consolidates in dream on audited financial report of project in agreed formats 7 Coordinate with and promptly inform EGC Employment Guarantee Commisioner controller finance about any financial discrepancies budget variance financial analysis on utilisation of funds and any other related financial information 8 Support and coordinate for transition from manual accounting system at a state district block level to Tally based accounting system 9 Coordinate with districts finance department for final submission of their respective budget financial reports fund requests and expenditure reports
