i) Each Child Helpline Unit at District Level Shall have a counselor for providing counseling services to children coming in contact with CHL Unit and shall work in close coordination with counselor in DCPU. Calls requiring urgent nature of psycho-social support/Emotional Support and guidance shall be handled by the counsellor on priority.
