Required Qualifications Experience Education: Postgraduate in Education Child Development Public Policy /School Leadership. B.Ed. OR M.Ed. preferred but not mandatory if compensated by strong field experience. Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least: 4 years in academic leadership roles eg. Principal Headmistress, Academic Director OR 2 years in management academic across multiple schools including roles in non-profit, EdTech, or education consulting, OR 2 years leading academic strategy for government school transformation or school networks. Key Competencies Contextual and Experience Highly Valued for This Role): Experience working in lowincome/underserved school settings Exposure to ΝΕΡ 2020 implementation, FLN Mission, or competency-based frameworks education Fluency in Hindi and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
