MBA/PGDM/MSW/Post graduate Diploma/Post graduate Degree in Rural Management/Rural Development or equivalent with atleast 03 year of relevant Professional work experience in Government- run large scale poverty reduction program/MGNREGA/rural development projects. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conceptualizing thematic policies and developing Strategies for Livelihood. 2. Co-ordinate with line department and issue necessary guidelines for proper convergence. 3. Diagnosis of livelihood interventions in the state and identifying key areas specifically for MGNREGA. 4. Providing technical backstopping on Sustainable livelihood programs to the district, block office and Panchayat. 5. Developing annual intervention plan for best practices of livelihoods. 6. Developing guidelines / training manual for the participatory planning at the village level to develop livelihood plan. 7. Oversee the activities related to sustainable livelihood.
