Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in academic leadership roles (e.g., Principal, Headmistress, Academic Director), OR 2 years in management academic across multiple schools (including roles in nonprofit, EdTech, or education consulting), OR 2 years leading academic strategy for government school transformation or school networks.
