To ensure that the entries are correct and complete
To type various letters/circulars/ office orders/reports and returns correctly
To perform regular backups of the data to ensure data preservation
To sort, organise and store paperwork after entering the data
To retrieve the data as and when required
To perform any other duties within scope of duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
